How JSDS-Jordan obtains customers' personal information
When opening a new account on the Jordan Star Digital Stores website (www.jordanstardigitalstores.com), we request a set of personal data for the customer, where this data must be completed correctly to complete the registration process on the site and to ensure that there is no false or misleading information.
*Personal Information We Collect:
Name, address, e-mail, phone number, residence address, state.

When you submit digital products from JSDS-Jordan to a customer who is not registered on the Site, we will store that customer's email. In the event that the customer does not register an account on JSDS-Jordan, his email will not be used by JSDS-Jordan, but it will remain to be stored as part of your transaction history, and to ensure that the digital product is sent to the email. You must ensure that you have the necessary permission to use the addressee's e-mail address.
Depending on the information you have provided to us (your current verification status and the processes you wish to perform), we may collect further information from banks, credit/debit card processing services, and identity verification services.
Monitoring the customer's account when using payment through electronic gates, where if it turns out that the customer is paying via (credit cards / PayPal accounts) with a different name, the account will be suspended temporarily and clarifications will be requested.

How JSDS-Jordan contact you
When you register for a new account on JSDS-Jordan, we will use your email address to send you the following:
An activation message on the customer's phone containing a code that you must enter in the space provided to confirm your phone number.
An activation email to verify the authenticity of your mail, through which you will be contacted in any future transactions (the mail can be changed at any time).
E-mails that are automatically sent for operations such as a new request, changing the status of the request, adding account balance, changing the password.
Monthly newsletter to inform you about new products, services and special offers.
Sometimes, ads are sent from special offers, discounts...etc (ranging from once or twice a month).
How to protect your personal data

All transactions are processed automatically and anyone who obtains your access credentials and/or your mobile phone can use them to transfer your funds without your permission.
In the event that you have provided your mobile phone and/or your email address and/or your access data for JSDS-Jordan services to a third party and the third party used your access data, or you negligently provided your mobile phone data or access to a third party who then used it You will be responsible for the movements that have taken place and for the further use or misuse of your JSDS-Jordan account until and unless JSDS-Jordan is notified otherwise. and that you are responsible for any use or misuse of your login data.
